About the Payroll Office
Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Payroll Office is responsible for the processing of all employee pay-related functions within the University including processing time worked, remitting withholdings and issuing IRS Form W-2 in accordance with federal regulations. The Office is committed to providing quality customer service to the University community and timely and accurate records.
The Payroll Office manages the following functions:
- Payroll Services – processing employee time worked as well as manage and maintain direct deposit of payroll funds.
- Federal Reporting – produces and provides employee IRS Form W-2.
- Compliance – remits employee tax and other withholdings and to ensure compliance with all payroll tax matters.
Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Summer Office Hours
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
