Why do I need to take the CORE?

Does everyone need the Core?

Students who demonstrate a score on the SAT, 参加考试那年的ACT或great或以上分数线不需要参加实践核心考试.

Cut scores for SAT, ACT, GRE:

SAT
- If taken before 4/1/1995: Math 520, Reading 480

When should I take the CORE?
已经完成EC1和EC2以及数学140和215的学生应该参加CORE考试. Do not wait too long; students cannot continue into phase II education coursework until they have passed all sections of the core.

What is the CORE Test?

How do I register?
You must register online, go to praxis registration

Each test is scheduled individually, based on availability.

Fee Waivers
有限数量的费用减免适用于符合所有资格要求的已注册本科生或研究生.

Test Accommodations

If Your Primary Language Is Not English (PLNE)
